Question: Will my packet really be sent discretely?
Answer: Discretion is one of the basic pillars of our business.
Therefore, we send everything in neutral brown boxes without any promotional stickers at
all. The sender is stated as: N. Scheve, Berlin.
Question: What will it say on my credit card receipt?
Answer: It goes without saying that we are also discrete here. Your
credit card invoice will say: "N. Scheve, +49-30-4208 4913" nothing more.
Question: How long do I have to exchange something?
Answer: The law states that you have the 14 days to exert your right to
withdrawal. We go that bit further: We offer our customers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
We dont even time it to the very day. If you require a couple of days more to send
something back, then that is absolutely ok.
Question: How does the return process work?
Answer: Please send the article(s) that you want to return in a post-paid
package to us and enclose a copy of the invoice. Ideally, if you would be so kind as to
enclose a note stating the reason for return and how you would like the refund (exchange
for something else, refund, etc.)
IMPORTANT! Our customers (i.e. you as well) trust that they are only buying new and unused
items from us. Therefore, we carry out the expensive task of sealing all items just before
they are sent.
Please be aware that we can only take back items, which are normally used in your intimate
areas, for example, dildos, plugs & vibrators, if they are in their original, sealed
packaging. (Exception: unless it concerns a substantiated complaint).
Question: How do I redeem a credit note/voucher?
Answer: Simply add the desired items to your shopping basket and
click on the Shopping Basket on the top right of the page. Above the items,
there is then a field, in which you can enter your credit note code. This is automatically
deducted from your invoice amount when entered successfully (1 credit note per order).
